FAQs

We get asked a lot of questions from, "Will your triggers work with my module?"  to, "What is so different about your triggers?"  Here are a few  answers to some of the most asked questions.

But feel free to call or email us about any other questions you might have.

Q. What Modules do your triggers work with?

A. As a general rule  of thumb our triggers work very well with most modules in the market with few exceptions.

Roland modules in particular are some of the most responsive and accurate. A Pearl Mimic module is a great option as well as 2box modules. If you are using an Alesis module or a Yamaha module you may have some potential challenges getting everything to work as well as the other brands.  But with some minor setting adjustments they can still work well. We will help you with any of those challenges.

Q. What is so special about your triggers?

A. The biggest difference is in the simplicity and the extreme sensitivity. Our triggers accurately reproduce all your dynamics from hard hits to soft ghost notes, and everything in between. These are hands down the most sensitive triggers you will find. Drummers love the increased dynamics that our triggers give them. And the fact that you can use any drum to convert into a great e-drum while saving yourself a ton of money is a great benefit.

Q. What do you recommend as far as cymbals go?

A.  In most cases we recommend using e-cymbal brands that go with your module because many of the manufacturers have designed their modules to work best with their own cymbals.

But if you are interested in playing real cymbals that are converted into great e-cymbals we have a line of e-cymbals that we will be offering very soon. Send us an email to find out more about what we are up to with e-cymbals!
